By car to Nepal '73-'74

Here our good old Ford Transit on one of these excellent roads in the Persian desert. The car sustained the whole trip well, with once a stone in the radiator and eleven flat tires. We left Holland at the end of 1973 and returned at the end of summer of the next year, in time for the next academic year.
